Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Apollo Money (the "Service"), provided by Apollo Wellness LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all registration information is accurate.

Apollo Money is a personal finance tracking tool. It helps you organize accounts, transactions, budgets, and related records. The Service is for informational and organizational purposes only.

We do not provide investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. We do not move money, execute trades, or act as a bank, broker-dealer, or financial advisor. You are solely responsible for financial decisions and for verifying the accuracy of synced data.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
• You must notify us promptly of unauthorized access
• You may not share your account or use the Service for unlawful purposes
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk

When you connect a financial institution, you authorize us and our aggregation partners (Plaid, MX, Akoya) to access account information you select for the purpose of providing the Service. Connection availability depends on third-party services and your institution. We are not responsible for sync delays, errors, or institution outages.

• The Service offers a 30-day free trial followed by a recurring subscription (currently $9/month unless otherwise stated at checkout)
• Payment is processed by Stripe; you authorize recurring charges until you cancel
• You may cancel anytime through the billing portal in Settings or by contacting support; cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund prior periods unless required by law
• We may change pricing with advance notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance
• Taxes may apply where required

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
• Upload malware or interfere with Service operation
• Use the Service to violate applicable law or third-party rights
• Circumvent subscription or access controls

We own the Service, software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SYNCED DATA WILL BE COMPLETE, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where preempted by consumer protection laws in your state of residence. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may modify these Terms. We will post updated Terms with a new effective date and notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
